You will receive detailed instructions on how to access the property, retrieve keys or entry codes, and any specific procedures to follow upon check-in and check-out. These instructions may be communicated through email, a mobile, or provided in person by a representative.

There are specific requirements or restrictions for short-term rental tenants, such as occupancy limits, or rules regarding pets, smoking, or parties. It is important to review the rental terms and conditions, as well as any house rules, provided by the property owner or management company to ensure compliance and a pleasant stay.

The maximum duration for short-term rentals is generally 30 days. However, contracts can be extended in special circumstances. At Birchfort, we are at your service with flexible and reasonable solutions that protect both the tenant and the homeowner.

The amenities and furnishings included in a rental property can vary depending on the specific property and its listing details. Common amenities may include furniture, kitchen appliances, Wi-Fi access, TV, air conditioning, kettle and linens. Additional amenities such as parking, swimming pools, or fitness centers may also be available in certain properties. It is advisable to review the property listing or inquire with the owner or management company for a comprehensive list of included amenities.

A security deposit is required for short-term rental properties to cover any potential damages or additional charges during your stay. The specific amount and handling of the security deposit can vary depending on the property. The deposit is collected prior to check-in, either as a pre-authorization on your credit card or as a separate payment. It is usually refunded to you after check-out, following a satisfactory inspection of the property.

The availability of housekeeping or cleaning services during your stay can is not provided however, if it is required we can arrange it for an extra cost.
