Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualified marketing lead generation for the business.
- Own all aspects of funnel strategy and tactics.
- Design and implement marketing campaigns thru digital channels and social media.
- Analyze marketing campaign results and preparing management reports on effectiveness and ROI.
- Work with the SEO agency to improve traffic and ranking results.
- Support content creators and when necessary create and contribute to new content creation.
- Ensure prospects / leads generated data are well maintained and updated in CRM system.
- Ability to find creative solutions in an efficient and rapid way.
- Build network of external marketing support agencies & freelancers.
- Provide sales enablement support when needed.
- Exceed management targets and KPIs.
Job Requirements – Skills and Capabilities
- Working experience with digital marketing & content creation tools.
- Creative and analytical skills.
- Email, video, social media marketing and Web analytics skills and experience.
- SEO and SEM experience and understanding is preferred.
- Performance marketing experience is preferred.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Positive attitude with growth mindset. Be open to coaching and feedback.
- Capable to learn fast and adapt to new technologies and constantly changing work environment.
- Self-motivator and capable of working independently.
- Hands on person with strong problem solving skills.
- Attention to detail and excellence in execution.
Qualifications
- University degree.
- Two years of digital marketing experience.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Previous business experience in hospitality, travel, real estate industry marketing is preferred.
- Experience with Adobe tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects and Premier Pro is preferred.
- Multilingual is preferred. Arabic or Russian are preferred second languages.
