What are the criteria for listing my property as a holiday home? To list your property with us, it must meet the furnishing standards set by DTCM (Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing) and be available for short-term rental for a minimum of 90 days per year.
Interested in becoming one of our valued homeowners? We begin with a phone consultation, followed by an on–site visit to assess your
property. You’ll then receive a personalized proposal. After agreement and contract signing, we arrange a professional photo session and
prepare your listing. In mos t cases, properties are ready to go live and accept bookings within just a f ew days.
